1Preheat oven to 325F
2Line a muffin tin with 8 paper cups
3Process 2 of the cookies in a blender or food processor until very fine dust.
4In a bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, eggs and milk with a fork until smooth. Add the powdered cookies to this mixture and stir in well.
5Spoon into the muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove cupcakes and cool thoroughly on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes more.
6Top with the frosting of your choice. Break the remaining two cookie into narrow shards and stick them through into the frosting on each cupcake in groups of 4 or 5.
